- * Remarks
- - Prepare medical and treatment documents before the appointment date and time.
- - The above rate excludes the distance fee based on the meter and tollway fee.
- - If it takes more than the hours included in the service fee, the fraction of one hour shall be counted as one hour (120 Baht/hour).
- - Reservation should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- - Service is provided only in Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
- - The number of trips per day will be limited due to the company's concern of cleanliness and safety.
- - Terms and conditions are as determined by the company.
