1. Picking up the patient to the notified destination (one-way) e.g., from home to the hospital or from the hospital to home1. Make the reservation 24 hours before the appointment time.Details of the service in Item 1: Service fee: 375 Baht/trip

  • * Remarks
  • - Prepare medical and treatment documents before the appointment date and time.
  • - The above rate excludes the distance fee based on the meter and tollway fee.
  • - If it takes more than the hours included in the service fee, the fraction of one hour shall be counted as one hour (120 Baht/hour).
  • - Reservation should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • - Service is provided only in Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
  • - The number of trips per day will be limited due to the company's concern of cleanliness and safety.
  • - Terms and conditions are as determined by the company.

3. Staying with, assisting, and facilitating the patient while awaiting at the hospital.3. You will be informed of the details within 24 hours (from the time of complete reservation).
4. Taking the patient to the doctor in request for assistance (in case of the patient with walking difficulty).
5. Taking the patient back home (round trip) e.g., from home to the hospital or from the hospital to home/'destination.
