Service Terms and Conditions
- The partner must complete the application form and attach the photo as determined.
- The partner must not commit any illegal acts against the customer. If such actions are known, WE CARE will terminate the driving contract and take further legal action.
- If the partner fails to perform duties as scheduled or stops working earlier than scheduled without notifying WE CARE, WE CARE will fine the partner at the rate of three times of the time of the partner's work abandonment.
- If the partner abandons the work without returning, WE CARE will terminate the driving contract immediately and rely on the contract made between WE CARE and the partner to claim damages and loss of time and further legal actions may also be taken against the partner.
- The partner must receive at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine and attach the supporting document.
- The partner must not be a person with mental illness, having aggressive behaviors, serious infections, terminal cancer, and any other risks that are assessed by WE CARE of registered nurses as critical or serious conditions. The partner must inform his/her medical conditions in detail. If the partner fails to comply with the conditions, WE CARE will not be responsible for any incident.
- If the customer is impolite, please notify WE CARE at (+66)80-54-8888-0 WE CARE will collect information of the customer for consideration and cancellation of the contract. WE CARE may not send a prior notice to the customer.
- If the customer commits illegal actions such as fighting or stealth, please call WE CARE at (+66)80-54-8888-0 so that WE CARE can terminate the service contract. Also, WE CARE will facilitate the partner for further legal actions.
- If the customer cancels contact with the partner by any means, WE CARE will coordinate with the contact person to give information and details for further actions against the customer.
- If the partner is pregnant, WE CARE will not allow the partner to work during pregnancy, and the partner is required to inform WE CARE. If it is known that the partner is pregnant but conceals the fact while working, WE CARE will not be responsible for any incident during work or employment, and the partner cannot claim any damages from WE CARE.
- Borrowing money: If the partner borrows money from the customer or involves in any money matters with the customer or behaves in the way that leads to dishonesty or stealing, committing fraud, or quarrel, WE CARE ill cancel the employment contract and will not be jointly responsible. Moreover, WE CARE will provide evidence for follow-up or legal proceedings.
