Terms and Conditions
- Customer must inform their medical history and complications or abnormalities, including significant details of the patient that require special care so that our team can take the best care and provide assistance appropriately. If these details are not informed in advance, it might be difficult to take care of the patient in case of severe illnesses, which will be considered as not included in the service terms and the team will not be liable for any incident.
- The team will not provide service to the patient who is categorized as the patient with mental illness, having aggressive behaviors, serious infections, terminal cancer, and any other risks that are assessed by the team of registered nurses as critical or serious conditions. If it is necessary to provide service to the said patient, the risks of service provision must be assessed and a written agreement must be made or attached to the contract.
- Patients must comply with the doctor’s advice and collaborate with the staff, including medicine taking, treatment, and behaviors during and after the treatment for their own health benefit and the team’s service provision.
- If the staff is impolite or makes any mistake in providing service, please notify the team for improvement, warning, or replacement of the staff.
- If the staff abandons the work, the customer must inform the team within 3 days from the date of abandonment as this is considered damage to both the team and the customer. If the customer has made the monthly contract, the team will refund the fee to the customer based on the hours or days of the staff’s abandonment within 3 days. The staff must also be responsible by paying the fine to the team based on the hours or days of work abandonment at the rate of three times of the wage for the abandoned work. If the staff abandons the work without returning, the team will rely on the contract made between the team and the staff to claim damages and loss of time and further legal actions may also be taken against the staff.
- If the staff is pregnant, the team will not allow the staff to work during pregnancy. The customer is required to inform the team if it is known that the staff is pregnant but conceals the fact while working. The team will not be responsible for any incident during work or employment, and the staff cannot claim any damages from the customer or the team.
- Borrowing money: The staff must not borrow money or involve in any money matters with the customer (employer) or behave in the way that leads to dishonesty or stealing, committing fraud, or quarrel. In case of the said incidents, the team will cancel the employment contract and will not be jointly responsible. Moreover, the team will provide evidence for follow-up or legal proceedings.
- If the staff fails to work on the scheduled date and time, the team will find the new staff to work as soon as possible or within 3 days from the date of acknowledgement of the incident or refund the fee as agreed.
Service Terms and Conditions(For Customers)
- WE CARE will not provide service to a person who has received COVID-19 vaccination less than 2 doses / bedridden patient / patient with mental illness / aggressive behavior / terminal cancer / emerging diseases, and conditions assessed by WE CARE as critical. Customers must inform their medical conditions in detail. If no condition is notified, WE CARE will not be responsible for any incident (WE CARE will provide service to the persons receiving at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine).
- Customer should collaborate with WE CARE staff such as receiving COVID-19 vaccine, comply with measures, guidelines, notifications, and orders for prevention and control of COVID-19 for the highest efficiency of the service provision.
- Customer must strictly comply with the orders of doctors such as taking drugs as instructed and seeing the doctors as scheduled.
- If the partner is impolite, please notify WE CARE by phone and WE CARE will issue a warning letter and conduct investigation on the partner for correction and improvement/development of the service.
- If the partner commits illegal actions such as fighting or stealth, please call WE CARE so that WE CARE can terminate the service contract. Also, WE CARE will facilitate the customer for further legal actions.
- If the partner abandons the work during service provision, the customer must notify WE CARE within 3 days from the date of the partner’s abandonment of work so that WE CARE can compensate damages based on the hours determined by the customer.
